1. Sunrider International (2020): Sunrider International, formerly based in California, chose Midlothian, Texas, as its new location. This decision resulted in 200 new jobs and an impressive capital investment exceeding $56 million. Sunrider International’s choice stands as a testament to the attractiveness of Texas as a business hub. 
2. Plastikon Industries (2021): Plastikon Industries, a prominent manufacturer previously based in Hayward, CA, established a manufacturing facility in Kyle, Texas. This move not only created over 200 jobs but also secured a capital investment of $13.6 million. Plastikon Industries’ decision reflects the appeal of Texas as a strategic manufacturing destination. 
3. Southern Aluminium Finishing (2021): Southern Aluminium Finishing, hailing from Atlanta, GA, decided to open a manufacturing facility in Temple, Texas. This move led to the creation of 50 new jobs and a capital investment of $2.1 million. Southern Aluminium Finishing’s choice underscores Texas’ reputation as an ideal location for expanding businesses.
